Once we receive your request:

2. We may contact you if additional verification is required.
3. Upon successful verification, your account deletion request will be processed.

The following data will be permanently deleted:

• User account information.
• Saved coupons and coupon history.
• User preferences and settings.
• Data stored in connection with your account within NMCA systems.

Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required:

• Security, fraud prevention, or abuse investigation records.
• Information required to comply with legal obligations.
• Backup copies that are automatically removed during normal backup rotation cycles.

Any retained information will only be kept for the period necessary to satisfy legal, security, or operational requirements.

Verified deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days of verification.
